Xbox One Privileges Acting Strange

Ok, so I've requested a callback twice regarding this and not heard back, so thought I would try asking here.

I've been having a very odd issue in regards to permissions and privileges.

I first noticed the issue on Minecraft, trying to access the realm that I've been running for months and months. I started all of a sudden getting an error that I couldn't join the server due to how my account was set up. I could however, join that realm
using the same Microsoft account, on all my other devices - laptop, desktop pc, android, ipad.

Testing other games out on my Xbox One, I discovered that if I tried to load up either Battlefield 1, or 5, I also get an error about privileges. Gears of War 4, Fortnite, and Roblox however, worked fine.

So I've spent a week resetting all of my privacy settings multiple times (must be in the dozens by now) on a mixture of directly on the xbox itself, and on the xbox website via pc, resetting adult defaults (my profile is adult), changing one at a time and
returning to normal, all sorts of methods. I have removed the child accounts that I had as profiles on the xbox, have tried to remove and re-add my own profile, and nothing seems to clear this error. I've reset network settings, tested using wireless, now
I'm back to wired. My connection is totally fine (I'm on 300Mb Fibre), and my NAT type has always remained open.

However, I have found a workaround.... but I don't want to have to keep doing this.

If I load up Gears of War 4, and load in as far as the versus game mode screen, then quit the game and load up Minecraft, all errors are gone and I can join my realm as if nothing has ever happened to cause an issue. But, once I've turned the console off,
when I load it back up again and try, welcome back the error. I have tried this method for getting it to work, and it works without fail, every time I try it.

I have been subscribed to Game Pass Ultimate for over a year, so that side of things should be covered.

I'd much appreciate some help with this, as it is driving me absolutely mental.

Like I say I've requested a call back twice from support, but never heard a thing. So I'm hoping someone, somewhere, can help explain this.

Hi thanks for replying.

My account is definitely 18+. And set as an adult account.

The only child account I have linked to my profile is for my eldest, but it's privacy settings are all set to unrestricted (since he doesn't live with me he can't use the xbox unless he's here in the house with me anyway so I keep my eye on what he's up
to). Web filtering is off, access to content unrestricted. Plus, I removed his physical profile from the xbox while going through some of the steps I've already taken, so the only profile that can be logged into on the xbox is my own. If I go into the family
part of settings on the xbox it gives me the option to add his account to the xbox or remove him from family. Plus, it's odd that if that had been anything to do with it, that it would allow access to Gears 4, but not Minecraft, when Gears is a far more adult
game lol

I forgot to mention, I have two Xbox Ones, one X and one S, both in the same house. And they both have the same issue. I'm trying my best to avoid factory resets, but will eventually if I have to. The reason I haven't yet chosen that option, is the fact
the issue is happening on two different consoles so to me, it's more likely that it's some kind of account issue.

I have just tried a total system cache clear, turning the console off, unplugging it, left it for about 2 minutes to make sure. Turned it back on and... still getting the error again. To be fair, I'm not sure how to do a cloud cache clear. I've had a lot
of games over the years and I'm hesitant to go into unknown territory for fear of losing stuff haha

Things to try/check - What is the date of birth set on the xbox profile is is +18

Do the linked or shared MS accounts have a dob that is. +18

Are you sharing your xbox game-pass with another xbox. I think its called whole family online", I had an issue with this when a younger sibling was using the shared xbox.

Clearing local and cloud storage cache might help?

Factory default the xbox

Go to System > Console info.
Go to Reset console > Reset and remove everything for a full factory reset.

It seems to me that you've done everything that you could have possibly do. From what you wrote it seems to me that the problem are the games rather than your Xbox. If you dont think so then contact xbox and let them know your issue and maybe they could
replace the xbox. Good luck.

Frame dropping on games like jump force could very well be from your internet connection. The same goes for anthem. By the way both of those games had bad reputations for running poorly. I played both and gave up on both. With my xbox one x I do notice
some games I run in 4k with HDR struggle sometimes. With those games I turn off the 4k and they run smoother. Some games are more intensive than others. Whole the X is the most powerful console out there some games are just not very well optimized. I was playing
MW last night and had frame rate drop on the campaign. Didnt start happening until their last update. So what ever they did when they released season one made the game run slightly worse than before. But then again this was another game that is known to run
poorly since release. Sometimes games are just poorly done. The games you listed? Those fall into that category.
