XBox One Privacy and Security Error

I am trying to change permissions on my sons xbox one account and the server is throwing me an error.. Essentially not allowing me to change anything on his account... Error below. I have tried on multiple browsers. Funny thing is, it allows me to change
my settings just fine.

Server Error in '/' Application.

Hi there, I believe so as long as your console is set to the 'Home' setting, alternatively you can allow purchases on the child's account by changing their privacy and security options.

Home setting:
support.xbox.com/.../my-home-xbox

Online Security and Privacy:
support.xbox.com/.../xbox-one-manage-privacy-and-online-safety

You need to change his settings through your account as his is a childs account. Go to your settings and find the family tab, and then his gamertag.

There might be an issue with the update on your PC/laptop.

To manage privacy settings for your child account, please make sure that you are signed in to the right parental account. To check, log in the parental account through
account.microsoft.com/family

If you're still having issue on the website, try it on your console and make sure that the parental account is downloaded.

Sorry, I wasn't able to get back to this earlier. I was able to fix it by enabling everything on his account and then it took. I went back in and disabled the stuff I wanted disabled. Just a weird glitch I am guessing.
