xbox one price change

Hi i have recently bought my xbox one only to find out today of a £150 price drop, i feel as a long term valued customer we should of been informed of these changes. If i would of known i would of waited and used the money on future games and bought the
console later, i feel as a customer cheated and in the dark. i would like to write a formal complaint to xbox however no one seems to have an email address for me to do so. We should be appreciated as customers and thats is obviously not the case! Not happy!!!

Xbox one needs to change

Microsoft needs to lower the price and match PS4 Price or keep it at the same price and give a free game for example forza 5 so it would be better value for money and also change the pre owned rules so people can still buy preowned games and I do not have
no problem with Xbox one being on the Internet but I think they need to change price of xbox one or the PS4 will win. The xbox one should be able to play Xbox 360 games on Xbox one

 

Not sure where you got the £150 price drop from,it's £30.

I am sorry that you are disappointed by what you perceive to be unfair treatment.

However, with all due respect, it seems a little baseless.

The price drop is £429.99 down to £399.99

As Badger says, its £30, not 150.

Also, price drops are a natural part of product sales. I can understand that it can be annoying when a price drop occurs not long after your purchase, but that will always be the case for someone.

You, me and everyone else that owns an Xbox One made a decision that we were prepared to pay the price listed to own it when we did. We could have waited until it became cheaper, but we chose not to.

If they had announced the price drop a week ago, then it would have potentially saved money for anyone that has bought one in the last week. However then everyone that bought one 'a week and 1 day' ago would be in the same boat as you now. It simply cant
be avoided.

Thank you for the reply guys, i completey understand the price can change at anytime i just feel when i bought my console it came with fifa and dead rising and it cost me £529.00 which is why i said £150 and two weeks later it is £399 with titanfall and
a months live. It just would of been nice to recieve an email letting us know of future deals to come which could of saved everyone money to buy further products from xbox.

I know its my own fault for buying it early i just feel valued xbox customers could of been informed out of curtosey.

When Microsoft cut the price of the original Xbox in 2002 (for the same reason – sluggish sales) it offered two free games to early adopters and an extra controller. So far, there has been no such “thank you package”.
