Discus and support Xbox one preview in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So they new update to the preview program has many glitches the main one I encounter a lot is I can't use YouTube at all or it shuts down my xbox....     Hey Death! I'm sorry to hear you're having problems with the NXOE Preview Update. First thing is that this is still a beta and has many glitches that the Xbox Staff is working on to fix.

    The 360 preview and Xbox One preview are two totally different previews, you'd need to be invited to the Xbox One preview and then wait to see if you're accepted.

    To clarify, are you in the Xbox One Preview program or the Xbox 360 Preview program? To gain access to the Preview Forums for Xbox One, you'd need to be invited and accepted into that program.

    The 360 preview is not the same as the xbox one preview.

    You can not be invited by someone already in the preview program on the 360.

    Support have given you the wrong information or just got confused with the xbox one preview.

    Either way,you will not get in the 360 preview program.

    Keep in mind that the Xbox One preview and the Xbox 360 preview are two separate programs, and you will need to be invited into the Xbox One preview to have a chance to download the Preview Dashboard and participate in the program. Ask a friend who may be
    in the Xbox One preview to shoot you an invite! :)
