Xbox One Preview

Hi, can someone check my Xbox One Preview status, I received a message from Xbox that I read on my phone saying

"Welcome to the Xbox Preview program! To register your console(s), open this message on your Xbox One, install the Xbox Preview Dashboard by selecting 'Launch app' then Get it FREE' from the app details page."

View this message on your console.

By the time I tried on my console the message was gone.

Since then, I have been invited several times by friends and never received a reply by Xbox.

Hi, Thanks for replying. I cannot access the forum, However I spoke to support and can confirm that I am in the Preview.

 

When I spoke to support last night, He told me if I contact Xboxsupport via twitter they would send me a 25 digit code as the first invite expired. I am waiting to hear back from them.

I am currently engaged in a live chat support with Xbox now and he is telling me a different story. That MS cannot send me a 25 digit code.

 

I'd thought I'd also mention that whilst speaking in live chat this support, I received six messages from The Enforcement Team telling me to cooperate with support... Here are the messages...

I've posted about your preview forum access, so hopefully you'll get a message from one of the staff on the preview forums, keep checking the link I gave to see if you have access, it can take a couple of days.

The only way I know of to get the dashboard app is from the xbox live message, not a code.

I've not heard of the enforcement team breaking into a chat session before? Maybe a staff member could shed some light?

I need to get access to the Preview Program Forum as well. I've been on the Preview Program for the past month and the latest update had issues and now my Xbox One won't boot up. I have no way to inform them of the issue. I want to get them info before it
happens to anyone else. Can a mod help me out? I've chatted with Xbox support and they haven't been able to figure out how I can communicate with the Preview Program. :/

In order for the proper folks to address the issue, you will need to make a post in the Preview Forum. You should now have access to the Preview Forums. If
you continue to receive odd Xbox Live messages, I recommend reporting the user sending them by following the steps on our Reporting Abuse on Xbox Live page.
