    does anyone know why i still have not received the update? i have been invited 2-3 weeks ago and again 2 days ago but still nothing and i have registered my xbox? any help please. thanks

    Hello stokedlad198924 There are delays in pushing the overwhelming number of players through the program. It can take up to 4 weeks before you are in preview program.

    If it goes longer then that for you I would contact xbox support from there Contact Us. link on this page.

    Hi there lenzio contacting customer support wont help with the preview program they dont have access to that information. Also stokelad198924 if you recieved and accepted the invite your on the list to get in just not for the july update because it has already
    started.

    The 360 preview and Xbox One preview are two totally different previews, you'd need to be invited to the Xbox One preview and then wait to see if you're accepted.

    To clarify, are you in the Xbox One Preview program or the Xbox 360 Preview program? To gain access to the Preview Forums for Xbox One, you'd need to be invited and accepted into that program.

    The 360 preview is not the same as the xbox one preview.

    You can not be invited by someone already in the preview program on the 360.

    Support have given you the wrong information or just got confused with the xbox one preview.

    Either way,you will not get in the 360 preview program.

    Keep in mind that the Xbox One preview and the Xbox 360 preview are two separate programs, and you will need to be invited into the Xbox One preview to have a chance to download the Preview Dashboard and participate in the program. Ask a friend who may be
    in the Xbox One preview to shoot you an invite! :)
