Xbox one preview user problem

Last night I had a problem with my xbox where it came up with an error message saying contact xbox support. I unplugged my xbox and turned it back on and now it wont load from the green screen with the xbox logo. I know what this is but I need help getting
off this screen.

Hello! If I understand correctly now, you no longer need an invite to sign up to be a preview user. Assuming you're on the latest public update for your Xbox, you should be able to find and download the Xbox Insider app on your console. Once you have that,
there's a way to manage your console's preview status and opt-in from within the app.

if its still stuck on that screen I would contact xbox support directly and let them know you are in the preview and tell them exactly what happened. I reckon they will ask for you to send the xbox in and they will replace it. as they will want to know what
the issue is exactly that caused it.

 

OP, just because you are a PP member does not mean that your issue is tied to the PP. Hope you read the fine print.

STEPHENCASEMORE stating that MS will replace a console after ZERO troubleshooting has been performed is misleading and incorrect.

And yes, I am speaking from Preview Program failure experience. My issue happened right after an update and I received a new console via Advanced Exchange while it was under warranty. After warranty has expired, user beware.

 

In the terms and conditions of the PP it states they are not liable for equipment failure, one of the reasons i refuse to join.
