Ok so i got the message that says this,

Welcome to the Xbox Preview program! To register your console(s), open this message on your Xbox One, install the Xbox Preview Dashboard by selecting 'Launch app', and then 'Get it FREE' from the app details page.

I went on X1 tried to do it says my xbox is already registered?.... but I haven't

Any way or nah (lol)?

Go to settings, got to system and select console info and let me know what dashboard version your running? Preview members are running 1408-14729-2200 if this is what your running you are in the preview program

I'm on 1408.140801-2200 Also I can't access the preview forums but i got an invite to it?

 

Foety that is the latest update I will give your details to registration support, have you installed the dashboard app on your console.

 

I did but when i tried to load it, it says my console is already registered to a different account.

 

Is the other account someone you know, or did you get the console from someone else.

 

I got the console from a close friend as he wasn't really feeling the X1 so he just had me buy him a Xbox360 Slim for his X1.

 

I've been waiting for an answer please...

 

Your friend needs to remove his account from the console so the console can be registered to your account. I didn't get any response from registration support, so you need to sort it out with your friend.

 

Hi there Foety please follow the advice of growling yapper and have your friend remove his account from the console and register it to yourself.

 

can anyone pm me how to get in on the early update program??? pm me maybe... when i had issues with my xb1 i spoke iwth help desk and asked them but never got the code sent to me.. ive had a few issues but love my one and would love to be apart of the
program.
