You'll need to go to the preview app on the dash and then remove yourself from the update program. Be aware that you'll remain in the program until the release of the current preview.

 

Hi kaka, I'm sorry you want to leave the program and thank you for all your feedback thus far. You can opt out of the program via the Xbox Preview Dashboard app on your console. Simply go to registration whilst in the app and click on Change under Action.
Then select 'Remove' and click submit. Your console will then be disabled from receiving future preview program updates once this months update has gone live.

 

I have joined the preview from my friend account and i have opened the xbox preview dashboard and i have unregistered my console but my status : unenrollpending Actionending for almost 2 weeks ?

 

Yes as stated by myself and Ony you'll remain in the program until the current preview goes live. Effectively making your withdraw from the program a pending motion.
