XBOX ONE PREVIEW UPDATE TOOK GAME LICENSES AWAY. HELP ASAP

GT: I have bought 4 things since I got the new preview update with CORTANA. I got 7 days to die recently because I love it on PC and would love to play with friends . Now this would be great if I actually had the game because I tried to
play it an hour ago when I got home to find out I don't own this game or app so I deleted it to install it again and then I noticed it didn't show up in my ready to install list This instantly raised a red flag so I contacted Microsoft and they told me I need
to post on here because of it being connected to the preview update According to autumn. The nice lady I spoke to this is a very common problem apparently and often linked to the preview program basically what happened was I updated my console to The latest
preview update and bought three things Dynasty Warriors eight empires seven days to die and seven Loot boxes for overwatch . All of those things are not registered on my account and by that I mean I don't own the license for it but it does show that I paid

Warriors this was about $80 in total that my account shows I spent money on but don't own the games to play or download. I've gone through all the troubleshooting none of it worked so I was sent here because it is the previews problem.. PLEASE HELP ASAP

many preview update errors

i have been invited to the preview program but am getting "group not found" error when trying to access the forums and i purchased a game on a preview update xbox one and am unable to access it on my other console with out the preview update. i have talk
to support and they said i have gotten the license for the game on myaccount but it is a game sharing error on the preview update and told me to come here please help

 

Preview program forum access

Please grant me access to the preview program forums. My Xbox has been trying to apply the update for 2 days now. I need help ASAP. Thanks

This is a general Support forum not the preview update area.

That said, before you do head over there, make sure to check there's not a second account on your console which may have been used to buy the game(s). This is a highly unusual issue that I've not seen before.

 

Thanks for the help on that part. But no it was my account it has the history of me buying it but no license to the game.
