Xbox One preview update problems!

Posting this here as not really getting any help from other fourm.

Ok so i got the message that says this,

Welcome to the Xbox Preview program! To register your console(s), open this message on your Xbox One, install the Xbox Preview Dashboard by selecting 'Launch app', and then 'Get it FREE' from the app details page.
Message will expire in


I went on X1 tried to do it says my xbox is already registered?.... but I haven't

Any way or nah (lol)?
Also I can't access the preview forums I don't know why if i was accepted into it?! Been 2 weeks now still nothing. And before you say something that the others have told me I am on the lastest Update aka Preview my Xbox one is but my account is not. Go
the X1 from my close friend already removed his account as soon as I got this and this has been going on.

Problem with code redeemed for accessing Xbox One update preview

Hi, I am having problems, after I redeemed my code to download the Xbox One update preview app.

After the redemption of the code, nothing happened, it didn't download the Xbox One update preview app.

Can someone help me?

I have made a thread on your behalf to get access to the forums. When a reply is made for you post this issue in the preview forums and they'll help you solve it.

I'm also not able to view preview forums, been in the dash preview for 2 weeks

No need to PM me, monty99! I got you sorted out. You should be able to access the preview forums now.

 

I've also been using the preview dash since Fri 22 August, had to re register as my original X1 packed in. Have some problems I need to report but Group Not Found comes up

 

You should have the permissions, CYMRUCHRIS! Have you clicked the link in my verified post above?

 

Just tried it again now. Still says group not found

 

I have had a similar issue with the Xbox One Preview Update. I received a message through Xbox Live "You are invited to preview Xbox One updates. Use this code to download the registration app. Visit forums.xbox.com for help. Code: XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX"
back on 6/10/2014. I entered the code in and it said my console was registered. I have been talking with a few members of Xbox Support about not getting access to the Preview Updates and the Preview Forums. I was told that they passed me along to the forums
team for the preview forums. Is this something any of you can help me with?

CYMRUCHRIS, I don't know why, but you didn't have the permissions when I went to go check. You should be added again. *fingers crossed*
