Xbox One Preview Update Private Forums

I am extremely fed up at this preview update. I got an invite, got the update, and now nothing works and cant get any assistance. First I couldn't log in. Now can log in my profile, but no Xbox Live. I cant get to forums, and support chat dumped me off
here. I wish they had given clear guidance and links instead of a code and a good luck, figure it out. I have an app on my Xbox One for preview registration that just says an error occurred. 3 days, and no Xbox since the update. Appreciate that Microsoft,
esp on the weekend!

 

Right lets get this show on the road s here, and yes yes the update seems to have ironed out a few creases ensuring a smoother transition through the windows 8/8.1? interface and its good to see the return of the recent players list, Still
weather it's my recreational mindset that renders these private feedback leaving forums elusive I'll never know, but yeah the updates looking good up to now.

 

Group Not found for the preview page for me can you please add me so i can invite friends so i can actually game with them to test it out

 

Its now the end of the weekend, and still unfortunately cannot use my XB1 .

1) can now log profile in

2) Home screen has my color theme but no pins (says Get Your Pins, Connect to Xbox Live...), and to the right It says Connect to Xbox Live, Here some help to get you back online.

3) If use the right hand box that says Connect to Xbox Live I get to a network settings screen to which I pass all the troubleshooting tests (network connection, multiplayer connection). Network stats show no packet loss up or down, nominal ping.

4) On homepage have an app Xbox One Preview registration which brings me to a green screen with a controller image, that says 'An error occurred. Please try again later'.

5) Can play disc based game. When try to play Ryse, it says 'First, your Xbox needs an update, Once your Xbox has been updated, we'll be able to start 'Ryse: Son of Rome (0x8015dc01)'. Hit Install, no dice, next screens says 'You don't need an update',
hot OK and back to Home.

6) Downloaded games like Powerstar work offline. When started, it bombs...'Something went wrong, if this happens again let us know by entering 0x80832003 at xbox.com/error help so we can investigate. I wasn't sure it I should do it there or just here because
its beta.

I did not get a update code and now unable to play in a group with my friends that did. Why would you brag about a system that you can play together as a team, and yet only pick certain people to update? I tried live chat, and that was a waste of my time.
This is actually something I would expect from a new company, not Microsoft. Is there any help out there?

 

I still get the error page when trying to find a way to invite a friend. haven't bothered playing since this new update since I cant talk to friends.

 

I have had the. Update since yesterday... I can't seem to get into the forums or invite friends either.. Any ideas??

 

I can't access the preview forum even though I entered the invitation code downloaded the registration app registered then downloaded the updates and have not been allowed access to the private preview forum?? Any help will be much appreciated.

 

I got to this forum with the search so wondering if this is the one we are supposed to post to.

Got the update installed and some features are a little more snappy (settings for one)

Intro of DDS 5.1 bitstream option is great and along with 50Hz fix for the HDMI pass through option for UK TV that does unleash a little more potential of the XB1. Not tried the Twitch app or party gaming as yet but time will tell on those. Need to introduce
the one guide for Sky through XB1 which will be another improvement.

 

I to, can't access the private forum to invite a friend. How can i get access to this?

 

Is there anyway to uninstall the update preview beta? I rather be playing comfortably with my friends then be secluded with a new dashboard menu to stare at.

 

Since no mod will reply to any of these I guess its time to stir things up. I have had an unusable Xbox since the March beta update. I cant get to the private forum, cant play games, cant run the preview registration (bombs) cant connect to xbox live,
support chat was useless. Hard Reset useless.

Sorry for the frustrated messages. But, as a developer I find it appalling that no one from the support team is commenting on these issues. I've been posting since being down since last week. Support chat said dumped me here when they found out that I
couldn't get into the beta forums. And this is a dead end it looks like which is frustrating. I wish someone with an 'S' in their profile would set some expectations for the common experiences we're having, either with fixes, rollbacks, etc. Leaving a bunch
of people with non-working XB1's is't really cool, even for a beta program.

After tweeting @xboxsupport for the past 5 days they have eventually sorted it for me and i can now access the forums.

But they've closed the invite friends section as it says the update is going live tonight.

 

This is what they put...

"With the 1403 update going live starting tonight, we've closed the invite-a-friend forum. We're still processing requests and will continue to do so until the backlog is cleared. In the future, invite-a-friend opportunities will be much more streamlined
and user friendly using tools that are being developed."
