yes. it says I could invite a friend to the beta but there is no link to give them to get the beta. me and my son play so I was trying to get him in.

Ok, so I was able to confirm that is due to the recent beta update, and that you should be receiving another update within the next 2 to 3 weeks to resolve the issue that's come with chat parties.

Unfortunately, at this time, there's no other options to go around the issue, except for waiting for the follow up update. I know it's frustrating, but it is part of the beta update test system. Sorry to be bearer of bad news. But hopefully you'll be getting
another update shortly.

No, unfortunately, there's not away to un-install beta. We'll just have to wait for the next update to resolve the issue.

i know its not your fault but its kinda stupid to let someone try the beta "when they cant try it" cause no else has it.

Yeah, I definitely understand where your coming from. A few of my co-workers are experiencing the same issue. We're hoping for the next update to come soon and it should resolve the chat party issue.

Please may I have access?

I have registered to preview Xbox One updates but still get a "Group not found" error I try to access the private Xbox One Early Access Forum. Can you please give me an access to the Private preview Forum.

 

Got an invite to the Xbox one preview but never got a token?

I was told by XBox Support to make a post in the private Xbox One Preview Program forum but I can't find it.. It's on the FAQ page for the Preview Program.

"Where can I go to get support if my token is invalid or if I’ve lost my token?

If your token is invalid, or if you’ve deleted the Xbox Live service message, please make a post in the private Xbox One preview forum."

aaaaarrrrrrghhhhhh tried the factory reset but its in the firmware looks like im installing all my games again for no point get me off this beta now

 

I'm having the same issue. It sucks not being able to chat with friends....

 

Just update my box this evening and now I can not have any of my friends join a party with me. They did not get the preview reg. and now I am stuck with playing games by myself. Nice update fellas

Same here.just will not let me in to the forums.this group not found.

 

I've spoken with the online reps here and via twitter. Im convinced there is no solution, but they do the dog and pony show asking if you waited the 48 hours and tried alternate browsers. Even the support rep couldn't access the group.

 

same here, i was invited to preview the march update, and when i sign in i get 'forum not found'. any help?

 

is there anyway i can get my xbox back to how it was. since i got this ''PREVIEW NEW UPDATES ON XBOX ONE'' thing, its ruined everything. i get home from work and want to party and game with friends, but since these updates have occured, i can no longer do
this.. stressful

 

I too am having trouble finding my way into the private forum so I can invite friends to preview the update. Just says Group Not Found

 

while i'm waiting to hear about accessing the private forum, i do have some suggestions for XB1 future updates. The following features should be included:

1. add the option of allowing the controller to auto-off in 5 mins

2. enable the XB1 to pull media off other networked devices (like how the PS3 and 360 used to do), at the moment you can push media to the console, but it is not as efficient

3. enable the XB1 to read/access external HDD (photos, films, music). Enable the user to copy to and from external drives

4. Improve gesture functionality - I was playing around on a 46" Samsung SMART LED TV and found the gesture controls more responsive, accurate and easier to use. At the moment I'm not using it on the console which is a shame

5. Add some kinect demos (similar to the playroom for PS4) to show off what the kinect can do. I feel that the power & potential of the technology is under sold by Microsoft

6. Allow users to use the kinect to record short video clips and post them to the community

7. Improve the signing in process - sometimes my personal home screen comes on straight away and other times I have to wait for the kinect to recognise me

8. Put some more playable demos on XB1 please!!! There are too few at the moment

Hope these suggestions are constructive, as they can only improve the experience of using the XB1
