Xbox one preview update not updating

I got the preview system update and I started it. The download went well but once I got to the applying update portion it stop at like 70% for like hours and never moved I tried resetting and nothing I don't what to do I can't play online until this is updated.
I contacted customer support and we couldn't get it working.

What I did to get mine to work was tap the power button DO NOT HOLD wait 5 seconds then turn back on....repeat if it doesn't work...if you get a long error code dont worry I got it to just turn it off again and turn it back on

What is the next update & Version for Preview Members Available or Xbox Preview Dashboard Updated after the 27/04/2016 Version th2_xbox_rel_1603.160420-1900 was successfully updated on my Xbox One Console. Are the Updates for Xbox Preview Dashboard Updates
for all Registered Preview Members Automatically installed every month or 2 months.

not really, as the preview program is almost full or is full xbox live as become pickly on who they select.

because everyone invites doesn't increase your chance.
