Xbox one Preview update issues

I am having problems with my Xbox one where my gamer picture doesn't appear next to my gamer tag. There is also a problem where my recent purchases are saying that they are pending on my Microsoft account even
though i have them downloaded onto my Xbox one. With one of the games i have purchased i am not getting any achievements on the game even when i have done what is specified.



I think that the problem occurred after one of the updates from the preview program , although not 100%.



I also had problems contacting the regular preview, it was displaying group not found even though i am already a member.



I have already been through the regular troubleshooting support and i am also a member of the preview program.

Forced to reset to factory settings

Just a heads up high font and bold text make it harder to read the text.

A mod would need to grant you access to the forums so e patient until done so in the mean time what troubleshooting steps have you already followed thanks.

 

I have already followed the steps provided by the regular troubleshooting team.

by removing my account off of my Xbox and clearing the alternate MAC address.

After the Xbox had restarted I then added my account back to my Xbox one.

 

Seems like you missed out on a lot of steps.

Can you boot up the console right now then wait about 3 minutes until it fully boots up once done Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds until it powers off once off unplug it from receiving power and sending HDMI signals wait an additional 5
minutes plug it back in then boot up the console the green xbox loading screen should load and wait until it is finished.

What you can also do is reset the console to factory defaults settings - system - console info & updates

If it still persists then attempt the OSUDT it's a tool which should run a diagnostic scan of the console determining and solving the issue.

Pending what do you mean? When you install a game and it takes a second and it says pending or is it on the Xbox website / Microsoft where you see that?
