Xbox one. Preview Update forum/ program

Hi can anyone help would be grateful,

I'm not able to get access to the Preview Update Forums I keep getting 'Group not found' error message. Can anyone help my gamer tag is

:)

 

I need you to remove my friends account off my console from preview program

Controller randomly disconnecting

By joining the preview program and installing the preview firmware, you have effectively signed up to beta-test future firmware updates, and you will encounter bugs sooner or later. It is recommended to take your problem to the preview program forum to see
if they can help you.

Are you already participating in the preview program? And if so, when have you started participating? It may take some days until your your access to the forums is enabled.

If you are already participating longer, please reply here and I will point one of the preview program managers to this post.

 

I would love to join as I've had a Xbox forever and I'm also a Beta Tester for other products too

Thanks for your reply's, I was invited by another Preview Program member, a few weeks ago, he said he invited me. Not sure if gamer tags are case sensitive if so my gamer tag is all capitals-.

Ah ok. That's quite something different then.

An invitation by another user is only a suggestion to Microsoft to accept you to participate and is no guarantee that you will be accepted. Unfortunately noone knows the exact criteria for acceptance.

So if you haven't got a mail from Microsoft that you are accepted yet, you have to wait, if you get that mail at all.

And as the current wave is already on its way, this may take some weeks as you can not participate before the current wave has gone public by mid of November and the new wave for the December update starts.

So unfortunately there is nothing we can do for you at the moment.

 

Shame as I was really hoping to be involved, is their another way I can be suggested/referred to a Preview Program manager or put forward myself to become a member, by sending a email/PM request to Microsoft in hope they will allow me to be a member?

For anyone else, if you would like to be a part of the preview, you will need a friend to invite you. If none of your friends are in it, head over to the
General Discussion forums to make some friends that are in it. Ask them in private messages or Live messages for an invite once you have. We appreciate your understanding and look
