Xbox One PREVIEW TEAM URGENT HELP!!!!!

Need help - just purchased an xbox one from gumtree. Working perfectly for the last 2 days until this morning when an update crashed the whole system and now will not connect online. Called xbox help, apparently it happened to a lot of people who are previewing
the updates, but as it wasn't me who signed up to the update preview team, it was the previous owner, i can't get in touch with them to tell them to fix the *** thing! Now i've got to try and get hold of the previous owner in the hope that he will help me
or i'm left holding a £300 paperweight! I can't even ask them to stop sending preview updates to the console.

Please can someone get in touch with me from the support/update preview team so send me the patch and instructions for this mornings update so i can install it manually and please remove the console from the update preview list.

Help me please. I have been waiting since 1/2/15 (11 days) and I haven't gotten a response from the Xbox Enforcement Team, I need urgent help right now!!!!

 

Quite a few people are having the same issue, the only known thing at the moment is to connect it via a cable. Then the machine can be patched.

There isn't a way to manually install preview updates, but can restore it to a non preview version manually using the information here
