xbox one preview team help!!

Hi i got a code a from albert panello on twitter back in August for the preview team. I redeemed the code and clicked 'join' within the app and it said a message would come to me on the console. I still haven't had any message from them and i've been told
my account still isn't in the preview team! I'[ve tried everyone for help but no one seems to be able to help!!

I've messaged Miss Portia on here as i've been told she is head of the preview programme but again no reply..

What do i do???

This is the thing Major it doesnt get that far i have an 'xbox one preview registration' tile no a dashboard app. Whenever i click it tells me congratulations and then to click 'join' which i do. It then says ill receive a service message on my console but
that message never comes... it's been like this since august!

Hello The Dann,

Please go to the Preview Dashboard App, make sure you have the latest version of the app which was updated a few days ago. Then, go to registration you should see your console and its status as Pending or Enrolled. If its Enrolled, then your good to go.
However, since the recent Preview Update already was tested and released you will need to wait till the November update Preview.

You could try and get an invite by someone already in the preview program as if you are in the program you can send invites to people via the preview app.

I recently opted out of the program so can't send invites myself but if anyone on your friends list is in the program you could ask them.

 

No one is dude.. already tried this. Just finding it frustrating as the code i got redeemed fine. I got the app, clicked it and clicked 'join' but nothing ever came of it..

 

Hi there just because you recieved a code doesnt necessasarily guarantee entry into the preview program. As was mentioned before ask a friend who is in the program for an invite.

 

so you get a code from major nelson or someone like that saying xbox one preview team and you dont get access to the preview team??

 

Its not a lock you get in, its a selection process

 

If you receive a message from xbox with a code and instructions. You're in.

If you get this YOU ARE IN. if you get no message you are not. It's just that simple.
