Xbox One Preview registration app issue

I have had the "Xbox One Preview Registration" app for quite a while now and have clicked "join" numerous times since I have had it and it just says, "Thanks for joining" and tells me I'll get a service message soon. I never get the service message. Please
help, thanks!

The preview registration app is no longer used its the xbox preview Dashboard app you need, can you access the preview forum or registration support.

Since you are requesting assistance about the preview program, you will need to post in the private preview program forums only.

ok what do you do if your account shows you a preview member but have not got the message with the dashboard update and the private forum says group not found

 

@beefy2985 - Preview Program support can only be given on the preview program forums. You must wait for a support staff member to grant you access to those forums.

Please remember to make your own thread in the future.
