I got the message from Xbox live reguarding the preview programme but wen I opened it it said it became expired, alas no download. Can someone help please cheers

Are you in the preview programme for Xbox One? If not then that's why it won't be availalbe just yet, if you are try going to "My Games and Apps" and scrolling over the to the far right under the "Ready to Install" tab. If you are a member of the Xbox One
Preview Programme and own the game, it will appear there.

I'm part of the Xbox One Preview programme and recently got invited to join the Preview Programme for the Xbox 360 but I didn't join it - could this be something to do with it? My 360 doesn't seem to have had a software update in some time whilst my Xbox
One seems to get them weeky?
