    Hi,

    I have been invited to the Preview by two separate friends but have not received the message on my console. I also contacted Xbox Support who said they could see I had been invited but have not accepted and said they would send the invite again. This was
    over a week ago - is there anything I can do to receive this?

    Being invited does not guarantee you will be accepted to the program. It's basically a way for your friends to suggest that you be added to the program, but Microsoft has to approve you. If you don't get any messages, then that means you have not been accepted
    to the program.

    Are you in the preview programme for Xbox One? If not then that's why it won't be availalbe just yet, if you are try going to "My Games and Apps" and scrolling over the to the far right under the "Ready to Install" tab. If you are a member of the Xbox One
    Preview Programme and own the game, it will appear there.

    I'm part of the Xbox One Preview programme and recently got invited to join the Preview Programme for the Xbox 360 but I didn't join it - could this be something to do with it? My 360 doesn't seem to have had a software update in some time whilst my Xbox
    One seems to get them weeky?
