    Xbox one preview programme, unable to factory reset


    Hi,

    I had an update approx. 2gb on the preview programme, xbox worked fine, but loading games all input seemed to be ignored, smartglass would connect, but no buttons respond, tried another controller the same,

    as I was looking forward to a game of gta I thought i'd just try resetting it to factory details, upon doing this console no longer boots, stays black, then an E101 message

    tried to recover using factory restart from the offline diagnostics, get an E102 error when trying, so I tried the osudt2 recovery file, that didn't work, results in appearing to work, progress bar showing on screen with the xbox picture, gets to about 2/3's
    then a E200 error appears although still shows progress bar continues till it gets to about 2/3'rd then stops,

    is there anyway to reload the software?

    I have a question! I need I need to confirm that I am not in the Xbox Preview programme! I factory reset my console fully after I opted out of the programme but the Preview Programme is still in the 'Ready To Install section'! All replies and help is appreciated!

    YOU BROKE MY XBOX

    i opted out of the preview programme and the exit update where it reset my xbox broke it and now i am unable to do anything with it!!! Wtf???

    Wow! Yet another thread with the same issue. Expect it to be locked now that I've bumped it to the front page, because that's how Microsoft handles their customers. By locking their threads on the support forum. I will probably end up getting banned for
    having a legitimate complaint.

    issue with license

    This is not just restricted to preview players, I'm not in the programme, and it's not just certain games, all of the season passes I own are affected, I have been in chat 4 times, hard reset, remove and recover profile, factory reset the console, reset
    the my home xbox, nothing works. Need to get in touch AGAIN today, it's absolutely ridiculous.
