Xbox One preview programme support

Hello,

I received an invite for the Preview programme and I thought I'd redeemed it however speaking to normal Xbox support they said my invite was still pending. I've checked my messages but I don't have anything in there for redemption. They pointed me in the
direction of this forum. Is it possible to check my account status and if possible to have my invite resent?

Need Help no invitation after request

I need message invitation for the preview deashboard preview programme on xbox one pleas

 

Party Chat keeps disconnecting.

Im having a similar issue. first of all are you a member of the preview programme as I was on the phone to a xbox support worker and they said it was a issue a few people are reporting regarding the preview programme

 

You will not know that you are in until the next update preview. You will receive an automated message when the time comes.

 

how do i get off the preview programme does anyone no ??

 

Any Idea how I actually get on the preview programme, I have had 4 different Invites from friends but as yet I have not been invited to join.
