Xbox one preview programme MAJOR issue

A few days ago I was invited to the preview programme. I accepted it and downloaded the app as stated and then I registered my console. The next day I had an update. However im unsure what has happened but im no longer part of the preview programme yet somehow
I have the preview update from 3 days ago.

I called ms support who clarified that my account is not part of the preview programme yet somehow I have the update.

I searched everywhere for my preview app on my xbox one but its not there. I asked a friend to re invite me and he did however I did not receive the message invite. This leads me to believe my console thinks im part of it when a bug has occurred and im actually
not anymore.

I also did not get an invite to ea access.

Im so confused right now and I would just like this issue resolved. I cannot also see or access the preview programme forum which again shows my GT is not linked to the programme.

What the hell happened here?

Im having a similar issue. first of all are you a member of the preview programme as I was on the phone to a xbox support worker and they said it was a issue a few people are reporting regarding the preview programme

 

Bump. I was told by MS Support on the phone to post my issue here. Seeming pointless currently.

 

You have probably been referred to the right location as far as XBox.com is concerned... but the wrong Forums as far as the Preview Support Forums are concerned.

 

what version of software do you have, it could have been a mainstream update and not a preview one.

 

The one where you get a new icon between your gamerscore and messages. Im able to comment on peoples videos and stuff.

I managed to find the app on my xbox and i left the preview programme. However it is true than i was not part of it. After called MS they said i did not have the symbol and im not registered as part of the programme.

So if someone would send me another invite. Or if the preview team can get this sorted out please. All i wanted was EA Access lol
