Xbox one preview program

Hi my name aaron and ever since i got the preview program put onto my xbox and all the dashboard changed etc i have been having nothing but trouble for example when im online on a game i get disconnected regularly and i tryed to see if it my connection to
the internet but apparently my connection is superb so i now realise it is the program i have on my xbox and wont to no if it can be sorted or not as it is getting annoying me halfway through a game getting disconnected to not only the game but my party aswell
and also i like to say since i got this update my xbox has turned itself off for the first time and if it keeps on happening thn i will want to be put off this program.

i dont want to come off it as its a new experience but i cant keep on having to restart everything because of the error thankyou

Is there a place where I could request to be a part of the Xbox One Preview Program ? am I already an Xbox One Preview Program member (if so where can the preview program app be downloaded ?) ?

To clarify, are you in the Xbox One Preview program or the Xbox 360 Preview program? To gain access to the Preview Forums for Xbox One, you'd need to be invited and accepted into that program.
