Xbox one preview program

I have been invited to the preview program twice and recieves nothing to know if I was accepted or not. It has been over a week since I was invited the first time. How do I find out if I was accepted to the preview program?

Is there a place where I could request to be a part of the Xbox One Preview Program ? am I already an Xbox One Preview Program member (if so where can the preview program app be downloaded ?) ?

To clarify, are you in the Xbox One Preview program or the Xbox 360 Preview program? To gain access to the Preview Forums for Xbox One, you'd need to be invited and accepted into that program.

Sorry you're having issues with your preview invitation. If it's been over a week, I would wait a little bit longer to see what the outcome is. Please keep in mind that not everyone invited is accepted into the Preview Program.

 

Sorry to hear it. However an invite to the preview program does not necessarily guarantee access. From what I've heard so far though is that there have been so many invite requests since E3 that they are being processed in waves. Please keep an eye on
your Live messages for more information.

 

How long should I wait to see the outcome?

 

I would wait another couple weeks. If you have not received the system message, then it's likely you didn't get accepted.

 

I am having a similar issue, I called support just to ask about it and they said that it showed I was accepted as a preview program member (that's about all they could tell me) but for some reason I still haven't gotten any system message for the download.
Its been about 2 weeks, I guess I'll just keep waiting.

 

Hopefully it will be resolved soon and the issue is on Xbox's end

 

Sorry but phone support has no access to preview program information. That is another section of the xbox service and as such any issues arising from the preview program are to be addressed internally via the preview forums.

This means that phone support cannot determine whether or not you have actually been accepted into the program.

If you have not received a welcome message to your Live messages with a link to download the preview app then you have not yet been accepted into the preview program.

As I mentioned earlier, please be patient and keep an eye on your Live messages for more information.

You cannot request the app. The Preview App comes via a system message in Xbox Live. Please note that not everyone is accepted. If you are accepted in within a few weeks you should have a message giving directions on installation.
