Xbox one preview program

Hello,

A while back the Xbox One preview program app showed up on my xbox, but when I tried to download it and access it, it errored out and would never let me download it. Is there anyway I can get it back to get into the preview program ?

Is there a place where I could request to be a part of the Xbox One Preview Program ? am I already an Xbox One Preview Program member (if so where can the preview program app be downloaded ?) ?

To clarify, are you in the Xbox One Preview program or the Xbox 360 Preview program? To gain access to the Preview Forums for Xbox One, you'd need to be invited and accepted into that program.

Have you tried looking up the app on the xbox store?

 

I did try this and no app comes up

 

if the app is not there then chances are you are not part of the preview program, you would need to have a friend who is a member send you an invite so you can join. it takes at the most 72 hrs for you to receive your invite once it has been sent.

If you have previously been invited but have no access/lost the code to download the preview app then try to make a post in this forum

If however, you don't have access to the forum then make a post here instead

Stating that you have been invited before but failed to download the app and need preview forum access in order to get support on it
