Is there a place where I could request to be a part of the Xbox One Preview Program ? am I already an Xbox One Preview Program member (if so where can the preview program app be downloaded ?) ?

To clarify, are you in the Xbox One Preview program or the Xbox 360 Preview program? To gain access to the Preview Forums for Xbox One, you'd need to be invited and accepted into that program.

 

i am in the same boat, i really want to be come a part of it. i could give a lot of feed back on the system

 

i am hoping that microsoft will release an update so that you can send a voice messege and a messengerkit like on the xbox 360 to type faster. And some movies i would like to download are still in french

 

they changed too many things on the xbox one, things were easier on the xbox 360.

 

i have another problem. I am trying install halo the master chief collection and i had to remove some games and apps i'm very dissappointed. it's 57,9 GB i thouht with cloud there would be no problems i hope they change on the 360 i had no such problem.

 

what is it you have problems with with HMCC ? the size ?

there is plenty of room to fit at least 10 games on the disk at any given time

you also don't need to worry about your saves since they are cloud stored

if the internal disk capacity of the box is not sufficient for you ( as it was for me with over 40 games installed ) I suggest obtaining a standard USB3 external HDD which can be plugged in to the xbox and increases the storage exponentially.

This method is also exportable so you can take that external disk to a friend and play the games contained on it without the need to install at your friends place

The preview program has reached/ is nearing capacity so there pretty much is no use in sending out/receiving invites. You can still try but don't get your hopes up.
