    Hey PrincessPainBFG -

    Thanks for the additional information. According to the list of
    Backward Compatible     games, Battlestations Pacific is not a supported title at this time. If you would like to request it for future Backward Compatibility, you can do so over at the
    Xbox Feedback site. Search for the title in question and if a thread exists, vote for it. If not, you can create your own suggestion topic.

    Grid 2 is a supported title so if you are still not seeing it in your Ready to Install list, please double check that the game is not installed already. If it is not, please try to

    factory reset     your Xbox One console to factory defaults by choosing the 'reset and remove everything' option.

    As for the other games, could you please Private Message me a screenshot of your
    My Games section that reflects the games in question? (So Halo: Reach, Fable II, and Fable III). You can upload screenshots using any image hosting site, such as
    OneDrive. To Private Message me, click the envelope at the bottom of my post.

    Additionally, as you are part of the Xbox One Preview Program, please be sure you are leaving feedback using the app via the dashboard for any and all issues you may be experiencing. Xbox one preview program :)

    To clarify, are you in the Xbox One Preview program or the Xbox 360 Preview program? To gain access to the Preview Forums for Xbox One, you'd need to be invited and accepted into that program.

    If you are in the XBOX ONE Preview Program, can corruption happen. That is one thing that is mentioned when signing up in the Preview Program. If you are not in the Preview Program, can't I help you am I afraid.

    Are you in the Preview Program? If not, that's why you cannot find the Quest as Quests is a Preview Feature that enables members to test new functionality through "quests".
