Xbox one preview program

I have games for 360 that are backwards compatible but i cant see them in my ready to install i have the preview program

I'm a member of the Xbox Preview Program for 360

Is there a place where I could request to be a part of the Xbox One Preview Program ? am I already an Xbox One Preview Program member (if so where can the preview program app be downloaded ?) ?

Hey there Buster2099,

To clarify, are you in the Xbox One Preview program or the Xbox 360 Preview program? To gain access to the Preview Forums for Xbox One, you'd need to be invited and accepted into that program.

 

If you own these 360 games on disc they will not show up on your "ready to install" list,you must insert the disc into your Xbox One to be able to play your game.

If you own these games digitally and they aren't showing up on your "ready to install" list than I would recommend hard resetting your Xbox, (Holding down the power button for 5-10 seconds)

For a while now, Backwards Compatibility has been available to everyone, not just preview members.

They are not on disk they are digital

 

Did you try hard resetting your Xbox?

 

Yes i did didnt do anything

Did you by any chance purchase the games using a different account to the one you are using now?

 

Some times you have to sign out of your account and put in your password again worked for me

Since there are different issues with different titles maybe you should post exactly what titles you are having issues with.

"Some of my games don't work"' isn't exactly helpful in troubleshooting what issue or issues are causing the titles to not show up.

 

Halo reach and battlestation percific and grid 2 and fable 2 and fable 3 and i have might and magic clash of hereos save keeps getting corrupted

Sorry to hear about the issues. Do you see the games in question listed in your "My Games" section? Or in your
Microsoft Commerce account? If you don't see the games in either of those, this may indicate that the account you are posting from does not own the license for the games you are looking for. If that
is the case, you would not be able to access those games via Backwards Compatibility.

Try to choose the game under the My Games section, that may solve your problem.
