Xbox One Preview Program Updates

I've recently become a preview member on the XB1 (was one on 360 for years), whenever I am playing at around 4 to 5am EST, my box will pull me out of whatever it is that i am doing to do an update (could be in the middle of a raid on Destiny or watching
Netflix).

Is there a setting to adjust this? I work 3rd shift so i'm often playing during those times.

New dashboard question

so I have two Xbox ones in my house, mine and my sons
I am in the preview program only and my son is not in any programs
He turned his Xbox on today to see an update which was strange since we both have instant on
He now has the new dashboard and I'm on the original one
How did his Xbox one get update when he isn't in any preview programs? And why is making be not update?

Sorry to hear it. If the updates have been sitting for a couple of days then it will pull you out to do this. I would recommend heading to Settings and then see if there are any current updates for the console.

In the meantime I would also recommend setting your console to Instant On and Automatic Updates. The console should then update for you when it is the least in use.
