Xbox One Preview Program update issue

Hi everyone,

I am an Xbox One Preview program member, and my xbox will not go beyond the green start up screen. When the latest update was being downloaded, the download was stuck at 66% and would not progress any further. After for an hour with no change, I decided
to power off the console by holding down the power button for 10 seconds.

When turning the xbox back on, the green Xbox boot up screen appeared, and it has not moved from there for several hours. The xbox chat support is currently offline so I am unable to ask them for assistance. If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this
issue I'd be grateful.

Are you a part of the preview program? Sometimes the preview version of the updates have issues.

 

Controller won't turn on Xbox One (weekly)

The PS4 is as glitchy or more glitchy than the Xbox One is. There was a controller firmware update for people in the system update preview program and it might fix your issue. I'd wait until that is released to everyone before calling Xbox Support. The update will probably go out to everyone very soon.

If you get a message stating the group cannot be found post back here and a mod should grant you access to the forums.

 

Hey I have the exact same issue and I went to the link youve provided and it says that the group does not exist????

 

I killed my xbox and microsoft don´t offer to repair or exchange for a new one ! I recommend you guys get out this poor program ASAP.

 

I have an issue where my thumb drive can't be found after the preview update I tried to go to preview forum but can't be found please help! Thumb drive worked prior and continues to work on other devices (use the drive for vides)
