Xbox One Preview program. The new dashboard update has messed up my Xbox. Black screen.

I'm currently having the exact same issue as the original poster. I'm also not able to access the Preview Program Forum yet.

Senpai,

I notice some interesting things going on with your forum avatar. In some instances you have 0 "G" and no games under your avatar proper. Now I'm seeing that you have 23518 "g" and all 5 game spots taken. While currently, I've got 0 "G' and no games listed.
Correlation maybe?

Thanks a lot for your help. No, I don't have a Kinect or an external hard drive. Unfortunately, I've tried hard resetting over 10 times now with no luck. I really hope I can get this fixed soon.
