    Xbox One Preview Program Problems


    I've been accepted to the Xbox One preview program about 2 weeks ago but i have yet been able to access the Xbox One Preview Program forums so i can express some issues and problems i am having. Can someone help me fix this error?

    Hi Black,

    the main support team are monitoring the forums so will sort your preview program forum access out once they see your message.

    Please bear in mind that after checking these posts they have to manually make changes - and there are a lot to do - so they will get to you as soon as they can!

    I don't have access to the forum either despite being enrolled in the program for a few weeks now. Getting a "Group Not Found" error when trying to access the forum through this link.

    normally they are pretty quick but please bear in mind they have a lot of these forum access requests to sort out and its a holiday in the States at the mo so things might be a bit slower!
