    Xbox one preview program problem


    Hi, I have been a member of the preview program for about a year now, but as of last weeks announcement about backwards compatibility my preview dashboard app just displays the message "thanks for joining! You will receive a service message on your xbox
    one soon with more info." I have waited patiently to test out backwards compatibility but it has reached the point of ridiculousness. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

    Error downloading a game from the Marketplace.

    It's a problem only for those enrolled in the Xbox One Preview Program.
