    Xbox One preview program problem


    I got a code for preview program. I redeeemed the code and downloaded the app, then it askes me to join so I joined then it tells that I will get a service message within 48 hours. It has been a week and I didn't get anything.

    Error downloading a game from the Marketplace.

    It's a problem only for those enrolled in the Xbox One Preview Program.

    Xbox One preview program problem

    Sorry but this is not something that anyone here can assist with. Some reasons that you may not have gotten an email could be that you were not accepted into the program or that you cannot get in until the current preview wave is released.

    If you have any other questions you should post them to the preview forums.

    Go to registration in your dashboard app check if its says enrolled or pending once it says enrolled you will be able to access the preview forums.

    It says I'm enrolled, but I can't and the dashboard hasn't change at all, although I have downloaded the update. Please advise.
