    If you are in the XBOX ONE Preview Program, can corruption happen. That is one thing that is mentioned when signing up in the Preview Program. If you are not in the Preview Program, can't I help you am I afraid.

    Hey Buddy,

    I'd reccomend posting your issue in the Preview Forums, as one of the support crew workign on the preview program will be able to help. Also make sure to report the problem through the preview program on your xbox, which you can do by holding down the xbox
    button on your controller and then selecting "report problem".
