Xbox One Preview Program Message with link to accept has vanished, why do my old messages keep disappearing? I raised a ticket with support ( case ticket [Mod Removed]) and they sent me here, Please Help

Xbox preview program message expired.



I had received an invite to the preview program through a friend but at the time, my mother-in-law had just passed away so life was pretty hectic. I went back to check it today and it has vanished.. I read a post on here that stated:

Per the Xbox One Preview program FAQ it says:

"What do I do if I no longer have the message to download the Xbox Preview Dashboard app?

If you've deleted the Xbox Live service message with the link to download the Xbox Preview Dashboard app or it expired, please post in the private Xbox One preview forum."

Only it leads you to a page stating "Group Not Found"

That forum post is stated as answered and is locked, but the forum it speaks of still isn't found, I believe you need to be in the preview program to access it but it needs to be accessed to get into the program??

How can I get my link back??

 

Xbox preview problems

I have registered about a year ago into the Xbox preview program but I don't think I got around to downloading the app.

The message I received from Xbox has long expired since then and on top of that, I also am using a completely different console but with the same account.

I have emails telling me to accept the new terms and conditions

If I want to remain in the preview program but the links seem to not work.

Is there a way I can receive another message with a download link since I'm technically still in the program?

Xbox messages expire and are removed, so in order the get you up and running the main support team who are monitoring the forums will - once they see this message and verify you are in the preview program - be able to sort out you out. They will grant you
access to the preview areas of the forums and you will then be able to post here and the preview team can look into getting a message for you.

Please bear in mind that after checking your post they have to manually make changes - and there are a lot of preview forum requests at the mo - so they will get to you as soon as they can!
