Xbox One Preview Program message expired

I had received an invite to participate in the Xbox One Preview program, but I was away at the time unable to sign in on my Xbox One. The Message had expired before I got the chance to activate it.

Per the Xbox One Preview program FAQ it says:

"What do I do if I no longer have the message to download the Xbox Preview Dashboard app?

If you've deleted the Xbox Live service message with the link to download the Xbox Preview Dashboard app or it expired, please post in the private Xbox One preview forum."

Only to lead you to a page stating "Group Not Found"

Is there anyway I can get the message to download the app again?

Preview Program...

The preview program on the 360 is different to that on the xbox one.

Only Microsoft can invite you to the 360 preview program so if the message has expired I highly doubt you will get another one.

Hi there!

I'm experiencing this exact problem as well! I got an invite, work got crazy, I forgot the invite was there, and now it's gone because it's expired. I've also noted that the Xbox One preview forum link leads to a "Group Not Found" page.

The Xbox One Preview Forum it's only accesible for the Preview Members.

Some of your friends wich are already Preview Members can send you an invitation to access the program.

Yeah that is kinda what they did and like I said I missed the message it expired because I was out of town and couldn't log onto my Xbox. They have tried signing me up for it again and still no message.

Hi Daddy Breotch,

it sounds like the message you missed might have been the service message with further instructions to join the preview - the main support team monitor these forums so may be able to check to see if you are already in the program and/or resend that message.
In either case they should be able to sort out your forum access so you can get help direct from the preview team.
