    Xbox One Preview Program Help!


    Hello, I was invited to the preview program by a friend. After waiting two and a half weeks I never received any messages/emails from Xbox Live, even though some people I was talking to were in the program the next day. So, today (two and a half weeks later)
    I called Xbox live support. I had previous attempts of calling with little to no information besides a broken forum link for preview members. I called Xbox live today and was told that I was accepted into the program and it was waiting for me to accept an
    agreement. But, I have not received anything from Xbox Live? She assured me that there must have been an issue with the messaging going out. After talking with her a while I was instructed to post on the support forums and I will get further assistance. Any
    assistance would be greatly appreciated because I have been waiting such a long time for this to go through. Thanks in advance!

    If you are in the XBOX ONE Preview Program, can corruption happen. That is one thing that is mentioned when signing up in the Preview Program. If you are not in the Preview Program, can't I help you am I afraid.

    Hi there just because you recieved an invite to the preview programdoesnt gurantee access, Customer support cannot tell if you accepted or declined an invite to the preview program. Thirdly posting this here isnt gonna get you far.

    To clarify, are you in the Xbox One Preview program or the Xbox 360 Preview program? To gain access to the Preview Forums for Xbox One, you'd need to be invited and accepted into that program.
