I just got a message from xbox and did the download for my reward for participating, but I cannot find the new gamerpics anywhere ?

i dont have an option to upload a customised gamerpic

Currently it's only available to those in the preview program. If you're not in the preview program, you can use the Xbox beta app through Windows 10 to upload custom pics.

So what's the point of doing quests in the Preview Program?

Preview program activities such as completing quests, surveys, quick polls, and rating updates now earn you points, viewable in My stats. As you earn points, you’ll level up and unlock new Preview pics. Fear not, longtime contributors, you’ll get points for feedback that you’ve given since the beginning of the program.

That's weird. They sent me a message saying I received a special
AVATAR ITEM for being a Preview Member. Something pretty much useless since they don't really care about Avatars any more. I'm not even gonna download it.
