Xbox One Preview Program Game License Issue (Need Help)

I'm having an issue with two games I recently purchased on Xbox One not sharing with my friend. My account is registered with the Preview Program, which my friend had said is the reason for the issue. Basically, until recently (about a month ago) any content
I purchased would be shared with my friend, and he has access to all the conent without any issue, but I bought Diablo III: Reaper of Souls - Ultimate Evil Edition (June 11th) and Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor - Game of the Year Edition (July 7th), and we
didn't realize until a couple days ago that Diablo III wasn't showing up in my friend's "Ready to Install" list. We didn't really think much of it until I bought Shadow of Mordor, which didn't show up either. He signed into my account on his Xbox and didn't
see them in my "Ready to Install" list, so he searched for Diablo III on the Xbox Store and it requires my account to purchase it. A support representative that my friend talked to had said I needed to leave a post on a support forum for the Preview Team to
update my console so I'd have the game licenses, but I didn't know which forum to post it within, so hopefully this works out.

Digital games with Xbox preview

Hopefully I posted this correctly (Prob not).Im in the Xbox preview program and I was wondering if I decided to leave the program, would I lose the digital games I purchased? Ive bought a lot of games while on the program before knowing there was a license
issue that kept it from being interchangeable between preview and non-preview consoles. The reason I ask because I'm buying a new Xbox one s and don't want to put the preview on it. I really need help with this cause if I can't I'll lose hundreds of dollars
of games

 

Preview Program issue, I need access... to fix error code 0x80070490

My xbox one will only show error code 0x80070490. The issue seems to be related to the Preview Program. I need access to preview program.

For preview program issues, you'll need to post here -
forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx

Until the current update is made public, you will not be able to share games purchased on the preview console.

 

Would you be able to share games if both consoles were on the preview program?
