    Xbox One Preview Program Forums Help


    Hello, I just got the new UI update yesterday, and I tried going on the Preview Program Forums, and it says "this group cannot be found." How do I get access to the private forums for Preview members?

    You'll want to head over to the
    Preview Program forums     for help with this. You can post there and ask them to remove your console from the Preview Program builds.

    Hey Masterkiller150,

    group not found is an forum access error message.

    The main support team who monitor the forums will - when they spot this thread - verify you are in the preview program then manually grant you access to the preview areas of the forums.

    Keep an eye on this thread and they will update you when it is done!

    To clarify, are you in the Xbox One Preview program or the Xbox 360 Preview program? To gain access to the Preview Forums for Xbox One, you'd need to be invited and accepted into that program.
