    Xbox One Preview Program Forums Access after two weeks


    Hey everyone,

    Just trying to get access to the Xbox One Preview Program Forums. I gave it a couple days after I got accepted, then I gave it a week, and now I'm just plain annoyed.

    I'm signed into the same MS account on my browser and every possible MS service (Outlook, Xbox.com, forums.xbox.com, feedback.xbox.com, etc.) and yet I still get the Group Not Found error.

    I don't really like tweeting at companies and I can't DM Xbox Support because they don't follow me back. Is there any way to remedy this?

    Preview forum access?

    I enrolled in the preview program a week ago, but, I still don't have access to the Xbox One preview forum.

    Can't access Preview Forum

    Hi, I've been inside the Xbox One preview program for a couple of weeks now and I still don't have access to the Preview forums. Is there something I have to do first before I get access even though I'm already enrolled in the preview program?

    Hi,

    the main support team are monitoring the forums so will sort you out once they see your message.

    Please bear in mind that after checking these posts they have to manually make changes - and there are a lot to do - so they will get to you as soon as they can!

    Hmm, okay, thanks for the update.

    On a slight sidenote, any idea why my profile is so messed up?

    I haven't played Halo:3 in a long while other than the MCC, and that GamerPic was changed years ago :/

    I think it may be something a little lower level in my account not being properly linked to my Xbox Live account...

    It does look odd, though both of the games that are showing up as text are Xbox360 games, and that still wouldn't explain my odd Avatar... :/

    Hopefully that gets fixed when they support Xbox One on the forums?
