Xbox One preview program forum access...

hey folks, trying to access the preview program forum to report issues but keep getting either error messages or 'this page cannot be found'...any ideas?

To clarify, are you in the Xbox One Preview program or the Xbox 360 Preview program? To gain access to the Preview Forums for Xbox One, you'd need to be invited and accepted into that program.

If you've registered to preview Xbox One updates but still get a “Group Not Found” error when you try to access the private Xbox One Early Access forum, your registration probably hasn't been processed yet. Once it goes through, you should receive
access to the private Xbox Early Access forum within two business days.'

If you do not have forum access by then, please let us know and a mod will give you access. When you have access you can visit the forum at the link below.

I have been in in the program for roughly 2 weeks now though, that's what I'm not understanding. I have used the report a problem feature on the xbox one but thought I would make a post about it in the forums as I found more faults regarding the original.

I'll give it another 2 days though and see what happens

 

I am having the same problem, been on the phone to xbox for days trying to resolve an issue with my xbox as I am stuck in loading screens for around 30 mins on certain games and some games are just unplayable.. this is all after the latest preview update.
and would love a bit of. assistance. cheers

please post about your issue in the preview forums where you can get specialised tech support

the main support team should be able to sort out your forum access once they see this thread. Please bear in mind that after checking these posts they have to manually make changes - and there are a lot to do - so they will get to you as soon as they can!
