This is a
known issue with the Xbox One Preview Program. It sounds like you, or someone that shares your Xbox One with you, is a member of the Preview Program and has enrolled your console. You will want to have the person who is a part of the preview program leave
feedback via the console app (hold down the Xbox button and use the "Report a problem" box on the right) and then log into the Preview Program forums above to leave further feedback.

Hi i am getting the same problem and was hoping some one would be able to help me please been trying to get in for about a month now really annoying
