    Support suggested I post on this exact link in the hope someone was kind and awesome enough to assist in getting my GT picked out of the backlog and sorted out.

    xbox one preview dashboard app not on my xbox one

    Hey there Buster2099,

    To clarify, are you in the Xbox One Preview program or the Xbox 360 Preview program? To gain access to the Preview Forums for Xbox One, you'd need to be invited and accepted into that program.

    Unable to access Preview Program forums

    My Xbox One recently was updated with the New Xbox One Experience dashboard as part of the preview and I have since lost access to the Xbox Preview Dashboard app as it says "This app is for the Xbox Preview Program members only." I am also unable to access
    the preview program forums on the Xbox website as it reports back "Group not found".

    Xbox One Preview Program Delayed Access.

    Hi there,

    there is no way to access your current position in the queue - that's if you are even in a queue.

    Being invited to the preview program doesn't guarantee that you will be selected to join - there are too many people applying to take everyone.

    All we can advise is be patient for the moment!

    I was bummed out after that guys ^ generic response.

    The Xbox 360 and Xbox One preview programs are separate... being in one doesn't guarantee access to the other. To get into the Xbox One preview program, you'll need to be invited by a friend who is already in the program, and then be accepted by Microsoft
    (you'll get a message from Xbox Live with a link to download the Preview Dashboard app).
