Xbox One Preview Program; Console tied to account already?

Hi There!

So just tonight I got invited into the Xbox One Preview Program. I received the staff message and everything telling me what to do/how to do it.

When I went to open the preview app on the dashboard, it brought up "Sorry, this console is registered by another account". After talking with a MS Rep for about an hour, it was determined that my console might have been pre-owned (Didn't know, doesn't matter
to me) and that person was on the preview program, which screws me out of it apparently.

Just wondering if i'm truly blocked from participating or not, because it's something in interested in doing to help along the testing process for future updates.

Hey BlackRose Kairi,

Is there another account on your Xbox One console that has the preview program tied to it? We were unable to verify that you are in the Xbox One preview program. If you would like to be invited, have a friend who is already in shoot you an invite!

my old account is currently registered to my console for the preview program but that account was banned so I have created a new account it was already accepted into the preview program but I can not register do to my console being tied to my old account
is there a way we can move my console over to my new account?
