Xbox one preview program bug.Need help

The preview program has bugged my xbox.I can't access anything from the home screen, (games, apps, settings, etc.) When I click on them it sends me back to the home screen.I don't know what to do.

is there anyway i could be invited to the xbox one preview program. i would love to participate in the xbox one preview program if anyone can help.

If you are in the XBOX ONE Preview Program, can corruption happen. That is one thing that is mentioned when signing up in the Preview Program. If you are not in the Preview Program, can't I help you am I afraid.

Sorry to hear it. For future reference preview issues should be limited to the preview forums only.

In the meantime please try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down.

 

It says "group not found" when I click that forum link.

 

The group not found is an access error message.

The forum support team will verify you are a preview member and sort your access out when they spot this thread. The above link will then work.

Keep an eye on this thread for an update from them once your access is sorted.
