Xbox one Preview program bug near the end of the update

Hello,

I have an issue with the preview program updated the console today at 13 pm french time , the console froze, then i restarted the console turning everything off for like 5 10 mns then i contacted the support on xbox one , then the support helper , sent me
to you for helping me out.

I restarted it , and still i have the green loading screen.

My console xbox one id is 06383561252937733848 very small hope i got it , gamer tag humanpaladin

Please help me im on week end and i need your help please guys your the best;

If you want you lighting fast system back the best thing to do is opt out of the Update Preview Program. The main reason the Program Exists is to report bugs and weed them out so the rest of Xbox Community gets a clean update.

Granted some users experience little to no bugs during some update previews. But 7 out of 10 are going to have some kind of bugs which will slow down the OS. I know I have experienced both clean previews and horrendous ones. 1406 devastated my Xbox One

if they can help you.
